How It WorksFor Server Staff

Subscriptions

Subscriptions determine which features and resource limits are available for your server. InfiniTea offers a free tier with core functionality and premium tiers that unlock advanced capabilities, higher limits, and priority support.

How Subscriptions Work

Each server has an active subscription tier that controls:

  • Feature access: Certain advanced features (like custom branding, extended analytics, or priority queue processing) require a premium plan.
  • Resource limits: Free plans have lower caps on items like Message Builder configurations, Onboarding Flow tabs, form pages, and stored ticket transcripts.
  • Processing priority: Premium servers may receive faster processing for resource-intensive operations.

When a server's subscription changes (upgrade, downgrade, or expiration), InfiniTea automatically adjusts available features. Existing configurations are preserved but may become read-only if they exceed the new plan's limits.

Where It Impacts Staff

  • Feature access gating: Staff may see locked indicators on features that require a higher plan tier.
  • Save/update lock behavior: If a configuration exceeds the plan's limit, editing is locked until the resource count is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
  • Max-count limits: Each plan defines maximum counts for resources like Message Builder library configs, Onboarding Flow tabs, ticketing categories, and custom variables.

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions panel in your server dashboard.
  2. View your current plan, usage against limits, and available upgrade options.
  3. Upgrade or manage billing through the secure payment portal.
  4. Changes take effect immediately after successful payment.

Troubleshooting Order

  1. Confirm panel-level access in Role Web Access (you need dashboard permissions to view subscription status).
  2. Confirm subscription status and verify the specific entitlement is included in your plan.
  3. If a recent payment was made, wait a moment for entitlement refresh and retry the action.
  4. Check if you've hit a resource limit by reviewing usage counts in the subscription panel.
  5. Contact support if entitlements don't reflect your current payment status.
